I was one of the 20 designers invited to participate in the exhibition “Design Dispatch, Poster T-shirts“ curated by Mobius Studio, taking place in the beautiful Manarat Al Saadiyat venue, Abu Dhabi. 

The exhibition draws inspiration from the exceptional work of the Egyptian artist, Mohieddine Ellabbad, inviting designers to use their unique perspectives and design sensibilities to highlight the communication power of T-shirts by creating bold, resonant statements that reflect their own visions and design sensibilities while paying homage to Mohieddine’s work. 

In his work, El Labbad sheds light on what he perceives as a troubling and disappointing scenario regarding the visual language displayed on our t-shirts. He also offers his insights into potential "solutions" to address this issue. To materialize his thoughts, I opted for an extremely straightforward, pragmatic, and direct graphic approach. I believed that a 'Yes/No' diagram would offer an effective and distinctive way to convey his message.
