Fermin Guerrero was born in Uruguay, in 1983. Passionate about drawing and art from a very
young age, he has developed his own style. As a child, he participated in several painting exhibitions
in Uruguay. In 2010, after he finished his bachelor in Industrial Design at Escuela Universitaria
Centro de Diseño - Uruguay, he moved to Switzerland to study Visual Communication at the
Haute École d’Art et de Design (HEAD) - Geneva, where he received his BA with first class honours.
Nowadays he is living in the Uk, where he is doing a Master in Typeface Design at the University of Reading.
Whilst studying he has been working as a freelancer having won several prestigious graphic design
commission for international clients. His work has been featured in renowned international publications
(see Features section). His curiosity, which has led him to move to Europe in the quest for personal
development, keeps him constantly searching for new ways to express his ideas and emotions.
